What Is the Wheel of Kindness?
The Wheel of Kindness is Season 1 of the KindWorld airdrop program - a participation campaign that runs across the full KindWorld ecosystem on Solana. Instead of rewarding one-off tasks, the campaign records real product usage and community contribution for the whole season.
The Wheel is KindWorld's community progress bar. Every valid action - a swap, a stake, a prediction, a quest - adds to it, no matter who does it. When the community's combined activity crosses the season's target, the Keepers 'spin the Wheel' the campaign's way of saying the goal has been hit — and the claim page opens for qualifying wallets.
Your personal progress is measured with two things:
- NFT Keys - credentials granted for completing each product Gate. Each Key is an NFT featuring KindDude, the Keepers' mascot, in that product's branding.
- Karmic Points - the running score you earn from swap volume, holding $KNS, and community contributions.
Keys multiply Karmic Points. Karmic Points decide your share. That is the whole system.
The Five Gates: One at a Time
Season 1 has five Gates, one for each flagship KindWorld product. Gates open sequentially - one at a time - so the community always has a single focus.
Exact dates for each Gate are announced on X and Discord as each product goes live, so follow both to catch every window.
One rule worth knowing: a closed Key window is not a closed ecosystem. Once a Gate's NFT window ends, that product keeps earning you Karmic Points for the rest of the season - KindWorld calls this the open-gate rule.
NFT Keys and Karmic Points: How Earning Works
Two tracks run together for the full season.
Track 1 - Karmic Points (the engine)
Karmic Points are the running score anyone can earn from day one, with or without a Key. Three sources feed your total, and they stack:
- Swap volume - 1 Karmic Point per $1 swapped on KindSwap (minimum $6 per swap; daily caps apply).
- Holding $KNS - wallets holding $KNS earn daily Karmic Points scaled to their average balance.
- Community contributions - threads, videos, blog posts, translations and Discord activity, reviewed before Points are credited.
Track 2 - NFT Keys (the multiplier)
Complete a Gate's quest and the Keepers grant that product's Key. Keys don't add Points directly - they multiply every Karmic Point you earn, and the multiplier is retroactive: the moment a new Key lands, your full Point history is recalculated at the new rate.
Hold all five Keys at the snapshot and you sit in the campaign's highest tier - eligible to claim the Heart of the Wheel, Season 1's top credential, when the Portal opens.
How to Join: Step by Step
Step 1 - Connect a Solana wallet. Phantom, Solflare and Backpack all work. No account or KYC required.
Step 2 - Pass the live Gate. Right now that's the KindSwap Gate: go to kindswap.world, connect your wallet, and make a swap of $6 or more. A $6–$10 swap is enough to activate your impact dashboard and start earning Karmic Points.
Step 3 - Complete the Gate quest. Verify your action through the KindWorld campaign on Layer3 or TaskOn.
Step 4 - Claim your NFT Key. Claiming is not automatic. Go to the KindWorld claim page, connect your wallet, pass the eligibility check, and hit Claim Now. The Key is airdropped straight to your wallet - and sharing your claim on X earns bonus Karmic Points.
Step 5 - Keep the Wheel moving. New Gates, weekly quests and community contributions run all season, and every new Key retroactively boosts everything you've already earned.
Community Quests: No Key Required
Alongside the Gates, a continuous quest track runs on Layer3 and TaskOn for the full season. Writing threads about KindWorld on X, creating videos, publishing blog posts or guides, translating ecosystem materials, and staying active in the KindWorld Discord all earn Karmic Points once approved. You can also submit contributions to “Submit New Contribution” No NFT Key is needed to start - and every approved contribution is multiplied by the Keys you earn later.
What Is the $KW Airdrop?
$KW is KindWorld's planned governance token. It is separate from $KNS, the ecosystem's live utility token used for staking, trading fee discounts and USDC revenue share. Season 1 is the participation phase through which future $KW allocations are determined.
Your final allocation is calculated after the season snapshot, based on the NFT Keys you hold, your weighted Karmic Points, and the final pool. Anti-Sybil checks apply throughout. Important: no fixed token amounts and no dollar projections are promised anywhere in this campaign - treat any post claiming otherwise as unofficial, and always DYOR.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is claiming my NFT Key automatic?
No. After your Gate action is verified, go to the KindWorld claim page, connect your wallet and claim. The Key will not appear in your wallet on its own.
Can I complete the Gates in any order?
Yes. Gates open one at a time as each product goes live, but once a Gate opens, it stays open until the campaign ends on 25 December 2026 - no Gate closes early, and no Key expires. That means you can complete the open Gates in any order and at your own pace, and even if you join late in the season, every Key is still within reach. Each Key you add multiplies your entire Karmic Point balance retroactively, so the more Gates you complete before the season ends, the higher your standing in the $KW airdrop.
Do I need all five Keys to qualify?
No. Every Key and every Karmic Point counts toward your allocation. All five Keys puts you at the 4.5× multiplier and the season's highest tier - and your Points and Keys carry forward into future seasons.
