KindWorld —
This Privacy Policy applies to the KindWorld Interface and all associated products and services, collectively the "Interface", made available by Kind Fintech, a company incorporated in United Arab Emirates ("KindWorld", "we", "us", "our").
KindWorld acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Interface within the scope of this Privacy Policy.
We collect the minimum personal data needed to operate the Interface responsibly. This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you may have.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact [email protected].
This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions through the Interface, including KindWorld DEX, Perps, Predict, and Mobile Wallet. It does not apply to data collected offline or through channels other than the Interface.
1. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or product features.
When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
Your continued use of the Interface after any update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
If you do not agree with how we process your personal data, you may stop using the Interface at any time. You do not need to notify us unless you want to exercise a data protection right described in Section 6.
2. Who this policy applies to
This Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Interface who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
If you are under eighteen (18), you must not use the Interface. See Section 7 for our children's privacy commitment.
3. Data processors
To operate the Interface, KindWorld may engage third-party vendors and service providers, collectively "processors", who may access and process personal data on our behalf.
These processors fall into the following categories:
- Technical infrastructure and maintenance vendors
- Project and team management tools
- Communication and support platforms
- Analytics, performance monitoring, and security vendors
A full list of processors and the processing activities they support is available on request by contacting [email protected].
4. Data we collect and how we use it
KindWorld collects only the minimum personal data required to operate, protect, and improve the Interface.
We do not sell your personal data.
4.1 Technical and usage data
When you access the Interface, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, device identifiers, and browser metadata
- Log files, including access timestamps, page views, referring URLs, and error logs
- Location data inferred from your IP address
- Performance metrics, traffic patterns, and session data
We use this data to:
- Maintain security and stability
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Diagnose technical issues
- Understand aggregate usage patterns
We process this data based on our legitimate interests in protecting and improving the Interface.
4.2 Blockchain and wallet data
When you interact with the Interface, we may collect publicly available on-chain data, including:
- Public wallet addresses
- Transaction identifiers and on-chain activity
- Token balances, staking positions, and prediction market participation records
We will never request your private keys or seed phrases.
This data exists on public, permissionless blockchains and is accessible to anyone.
We may use aggregated and anonymised versions of this data to understand user journeys and improve the Interface experience.
We do not use this data for individual-level profiling, targeted advertising, or user tracking beyond the aggregate.
We are not responsible for data handling by the underlying blockchain networks, which operate independently of KindWorld.
4.3 Third-party integrations
The Interface operates across multiple products, some of which integrate with third-party protocols and services, including Hyperliquid for perpetual futures, Switchboard for oracle data, and wallet providers.
These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and data practices. KindWorld is not responsible for them.
KindWorld may also engage advertising or analytics platforms that use tracking technologies, including pixels.
These platforms collect visitor data only for analytics and service optimisation.
Any such use will be disclosed and, where required, subject to your consent.
4.4 Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — to provide the Interface and services you request
- Legitimate interests — to protect the Interface, prevent abuse, maintain system security, and improve the product through aggregate analytics
- Legal compliance — to meet our obligations under applicable law, including responding to valid legal requests
- Consent — where we explicitly obtain it from you, such as for marketing communications or optional analytics cookies
4.5 Disclosure of data
We may disclose your personal data:
- To our processors, where needed to operate the Interface
- In connection with a business reorganisation, merger, or acquisition
- To law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts where required by law or where we have a good-faith belief disclosure is necessary to protect against fraud, harm, or illegal activity
- To our affiliates or subsidiaries where operationally necessary
Where we disclose data to authorities, we may not be able to ensure those recipients maintain equivalent data protection standards.
4.6 Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law.
When data is no longer required and no legal retention obligation applies, we delete or anonymise it securely.
Aggregated and anonymised data that cannot identify any individual may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
We may retain certain data for longer where required for:
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
- Financial monitoring and regulatory record-keeping
- Continuity of service and audit obligations
- Legal proceedings or compliance requirements
4.7 Contact and enquiries
If you contact us by email, we will use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry.
We will not use that information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
5. Cookies and automatically collected data
As you navigate the Interface, we may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your device, browsing behaviour, and interactions with the Interface.
We will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
Cookies may collect:
- Browser type and language
- Session activity and page views
- Device and connection information, including IP address
- Interaction data and user flow analytics
Statistical and performance data derived from cookies is processed only in aggregated and pseudonymised form.
We do not use cookies to build individual profiles for advertising purposes within the Interface.
You may adjust or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Guidance on cookie management is available from your browser provider.
Disabling certain cookies may affect Interface functionality.
We may use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how users interact with the Interface in aggregate.
Refer to the relevant third-party privacy documentation for details on their data practices.
6. Your data protection rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to be informed — to know what personal data we hold and how we use it
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right of rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data where we no longer have a legitimate reason to retain it, subject to applicable legal exceptions
- Right to restrict processing — to request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances
- Right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format and, where technically feasible, have it transferred to another controller
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
- Right to complain — to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you are not satisfied with our response
To exercise any of these rights, or to make a privacy-related enquiry, contact [email protected].
If you are located in the European Economic Area and want to learn more about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, the Information Commissioner's Office and your local EEA supervisory authority are useful resources.
7. Children's privacy
The Interface is not directed at individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If you believe a child has submitted personal data through the Interface, contact [email protected] and we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
8. International data transfers
KindWorld operates globally and your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence.
Where such transfers involve countries that do not provide an equivalent level of data protection to your home jurisdiction, we will implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant supervisory authority.
You may request a copy of the applicable safeguards by contacting [email protected].
8.1 Blockchain data
All on-chain activity conducted through the Interface is recorded permanently on public blockchains.
These networks are decentralised and not controlled or operated by KindWorld.
We cannot delete, modify, or alter data stored on-chain.
Blockchain data may be subject to forensic analysis and, when combined with other data, may in some circumstances be used to identify individuals.
You should understand this before interacting with any blockchain-based service.
9. Data security
We take the security of your personal data seriously.
We implement a combination of technical, organisational, and physical safeguards, including encryption, access controls, and internal data governance policies, to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, and disclosure.
No digital system is entirely immune to risk.
We cannot guarantee absolute security of personal data transmitted to or stored by the Interface.
You should take appropriate steps to protect your own data, including securing your wallet and access credentials.
If a data breach affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
10. Supervisory authority
If you are located in the European Economic Area and believe we have not addressed your data privacy concerns adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
