About the Role

Join a growing engineering team building the KindWorld ecosystem. As a Senior Solana Developer, you'll work full-stack alongside fellow engineers to architect on-chain programs, optimise transaction throughput, and help ship and refine products across this expansive platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Rust / Anchor development on Solana
• Deep understanding of Solana runtime, CPI, and PDAs
• Experience building or integrating with DEX protocols (Raydium, Orca, Meteora)
• Strong testing and security audit mindset
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and on-chain deployment tooling

Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-chain bridges or Hyperliquid L1
• Contributions to open-source Solana projects
• Understanding of MEV protection strategies
