About the Role

Serve as the public face of KindWorld — representing the brand across podcasts, X Spaces, AMAs, and industry events to build awareness and cultivate meaningful relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years in crypto/Web3 marketing
• Proven track record growing DeFi protocol user bases
• Experience managing KOL and influencer campaigns
• Data-driven approach with strong analytics skills
• Understanding of tokenomics-driven growth strategies

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing charity or impact-driven brands
• Relationships with Solana ecosystem KOLs
• PR and media outreach experience
