Fee Distribution Model

Swap Fee Distribution

Fees generated from spot swaps are allocated as follows:

  • 25% to Charity Pool: Directed towards verified real-world charitable initiatives
  • Revenue Sharing: Distributed to users who stake KindWorld (KW) & KindSoul (KNS) tokens. Revenue is paid in USDC and derived directly from protocol fees.
  • Platform Operations: Used for development, infrastructure, liquidity provisioning, marketing, partnerships, and long-term platform sustainability.

Perpetuals & Prediction Markets Fee Distribution

Due to higher engagement and complexity, perpetuals and prediction markets follow a more diversified allocation model.

  • Charity Pool: Directed towards verified real-world charitable initiatives.
  • Revenue Sharing: Distributed to users who stake KindWorld (KW) & KindSoul (KNS) tokens. Revenue is paid in USDC / SOL and derived directly from protocol fees.
  • Platform Operations: Used for development, infrastructure, liquidity provisioning, marketing, partnerships, and long-term platform sustainability.
  • Referral & Community Incentives: Rewards influencers, KOLs, and community members who onboard new users.
  • Token Buybacks: Used to purchase KW tokens from the open market, supporting long-term token health.

Why This Model Exists

KindSwap is built on the belief that financial activity can generate real-world value without sacrificing user incentives or platform quality.

This fee model ensures: • Transparent allocation • Sustainable development • Meaningful community participation • Measurable real-world impact

About Percentages

⚠️ Exact percentage allocations are intentionally not finalised yet.

Why?

  • Product rollout is phased
  • Usage patterns need real data
  • Sustainability matters more than speed

Important Notes

• Allocation percentages may evolve as the platform scales. • Any changes will be publicly documented. • No hidden or dynamic fee changes occur without disclosure.
